It's a boy!

Today we had the 20 week scan. The sonographer took all the relevant measurements and assured us that everything was within the normal ranges and going along well. Finally at the end, Nick asked if she would tell us the sex (interestingly, it's not something they offer up - in fact, we have found out that in some European countries public hospitals refuse to reveal the sex of the baby for various cultural - and probably legal - reasons). After I agreed, she told us, very definitively, that the baby was a boy! However, she also gave us a general disclaimer that sometimes they can be wrong...although she did seem very certain.
