Yo Gabba Gabba

We saw Yo Gabba Gabba for the first time in June last year and the boys really enjoyed it so when it was announced they were touring again Nick got more tickets. But not just any tickets - front row and with a 'meet and greet' after the show. As it turned out the show was almost identical to the one we saw last year, though the boys didn't seem to mind. (For the record, the musical act was Adalita who was far better than she was when she fronted Magic Dirt in the 90s, and the Dancey Dance guest was Catriona Rowntree - last time we had Dave Hughes who was much better.) Anyway, Ivy also loved the show (as can be seen by her face below) but was super fidgety most of the time which just made me grateful we have no plans to travel by plane any time soon. While Henry also loved the show and loves the Yo Gabba Gabba characters generally, he is petrified of anyone in costume so Did Not Love the meet and greet part. I'm actually surprised he got as close as he did because most times he will just refuse to go near anyone in costume. At least here we could see DJ Lance Rock's face and he tried to win Henry over (in the very brief window we got) so this is pretty good from Henry, though I love the suspicious look he's giving DJ Lance! Milo, on the other hand, jumped straight into DJ Lance Rock's arms and loved every second.
