Random life (1)

Obviously I take a lot of pictures on my phone (although not nearly as many as I used to - wrangling 3 kids means my hands are quite literally already full), but there are a lot of pictures that don't get uploaded to Instagram (in an attempt not to overwhelm/bore) or that are too random for a coherent post here (like the pics from Yo Gabba Gabba). So here are a few un-edited random outtakes ('out-takes'?) from recent times that will make me feel better about not having the time or opportunity to get out my proper camera (though I am determined to change this in the second half of 2014!)

At Churchill Island when we were down over Easter. Not sure what they were trying to do. Looking forward to the September school holidays and a few weeks at Christmas at Phillip Island!

Easter Egg hunt in our backyard with Charlie Gee.

I love this artwork from Madagascar 3 at the Dreamworks exhibition.

More from Madagascar 3.

At the library for story time. On Thursdays we take Henry to kinder, go out for breakfast, and then go to story time at the Northcote library. She loves the singing though is not quite so fussed about the stories. Although really I think she just loves the other kids and climbing all over me on the soft carpet.

Henry at Ready, Steady, Go! with his friend Harry (also a Henry - I know 3 other 3yo Henry's!) We go to Ready, Steady, Go on Mondays for 45 minutes and they do a sport every 2 weeks and work on some basic skills in each. Henry loves it. (Harry's brother James is also a Prep at Merri Creek PS, but in a different class to Milo). Here they are on some play equipment after their class.

This is Ivy in the pram and Henry on the buggy board, laying his head on Ivy's legs. Ivy is grabbing his hair and thinks it is hilarious! I love this smile from her.

Loving it.

Ivy loves this ride-on - she either pushes it about or hops on and off and pushes herself about a bit (though only a bit - it goes pretty fast on the wooden floors!)

Henry dressed up as Spiderman with his red gumboots on.

Sleepyheads in the car.

On her favourite block trolley.

This cheeky face should have been asleep here.

Eating Grandma Norma's baked cheesecake.

Working on mastering the monkey bars.

This is the b-side to this photo. They are shouting 'Go Saints!'

She's very much into blocks and stacking things and this wooden puzzle.
