We're definitely down to the business end. In the last week our built-in-robes were installed and then the fireplaces went in. The plasterers completed the arch in the hallway, put up all the ceiling roses, and put a skim coat over all the walls. The builders have been finishing the skirting boards (they needed to wait for the robes and fireplaces to be finished first) and other various bits and pieces. In the next week the electrician will come to finish off, the tiling will be done in the second bathroom and the painter will start. I also got the quotes on the blinds this week and have scheduled a time for them to be installed. Three weeks until the work is all done and about five weeks until we're back in. Hooray!
