Goddag from Norway!


The Norweigan Royal Palace. No fence and only 2 guards...they keep it low key in Norway.


Nick's dinner, the Norweigan winter/Christmas dish lutefisk - dried fish soaked until it has a glutinous texture and served with potatoes, mushy peas, bechemel sauce and fried bacon pieces. Much loved by the locals, but eyed suspiciously by everyone else...and with fairly good reason, we think.
