On the Saturday of Easter we hired a car and headed down to Berkshire, about 90 minutes out of London, to Johnny and Kelly's house. Nick knows Johnny from Melbourne and he, Kelly and kids, Finn (9) and Molly (7) moved to the UK late last year. Their house is huge and I think officially 5 bedrooms but with studies and extra living spaces, could probably sleep about 30. Also there for Easter were Johnny's brother Leo and another ex-Melbournian, Chris and his son, Harry (4).
On Sunday we did an Easter Egg hunt. The kids woke up early (Henry at his normal time of 5am, but the rest about 6am. Side note - Milo slept in Molly's room with Molly and Harry, his first official sleepover!) Anyway, the early hour meant everyone had to get up early to set up the hunt and unleash the kids. There was much excitement as the kids raced around the garden to retrieve all the eggs.
